Everyone starts the new year with some goals and dreams…what are yours?
Mine are quite simple:
- Stay as injury-free as possible
- Blast some 5K’s and some shorter races? this spring
- Maybe run a solid fall half or marathon…or both
My dream is to coach more runners to success…to build trusting relationships and friendships with people that will last a lifetime.
